Embed CyberStrong eHelp
CyberStrong eHelp makes it easy to embed your help desk within an existing Web site, without the hassle of frames, in just three easy steps!

1. Edit the supplied CyberStrong eHelp template to match your existing Web site.
2. Place one small block of CyberStrong-supplied code before the </head> tag.
3. Place one line of CyberStrong-supplied code where you want your CyberStrong eHelp's content to appear on your page.

Custom Style Sheet
CyberStrong eHelp supports over 50 distinct style definitions covering everything from font style and size to the background color of user input boxes. You can control style attributes right down to specific elements. You can edit your style sheet with any plain text editor such as Windows notepad.

CyberStrong eHelp Setup
The CyberStrong eHelp Control Panel supports the control of many aspects of the look and feel of your help desk including:

• A choice of four skins. You can also design your own custom skins if you wish.
• A selection of which user fields you wish to require and/or display during ticket update.
• A setting to enable/disable ticket attachments, for customers/reps to upload images and other documents.

Custom Logo
The file Logo.gif, located in the folder skins/user/default/images, can be modified to hold your own logo.

Custom Graphics
You can customize the buttons used by CyberStrong eHelp. They have been collected in a single folder for your convenience.

Custom ASP Code
You can further customize the look and feel of your help desk by modifying the ASP programming code directly. You will find our code well written, well commented and easy to follow. Should you decide to do this, we strongly recommend that you engage the services of a professional programmer or software engineer.
