Setting permissions for your CyberStrong eHelp Step One: Hostmasters, it's easy to establish the correct permissions on your CyberStrong eHelp folder. To begin, right-click your eHelp folder and select "Sharing..."
Step Two: Click the "Security" tab, then click "Add". The "Select Users, Computers or Groups" dialog box appears.
Step Three: Select the line that says "IUSR_<MACHINE NAME>" where <MACHINE NAME> is the name of your Web server machine. Click "Add" then "OK".
Step Four: Select the line that says "IUSR_<MACHINE NAME>" where <MACHINE NAME> is the name of your Web server machine. Then, under "Allow" in the Permissions box select "Modify" as shown below. Click "OK" to close this dialog box.
