NIKE Summer Tennis Camps

NIKE Tennis Camps at the University of Virginia will hold six weeks of Overnight and Day camps, Each week is filled with a fun, but intensive 5-6 hours of group tennis instruction, lectures, exhibitions and match play per day. Campers are divided into small groups according to age and ability to provide the best possible tennis instruction and experience. Evening activities include games, movies, swimming, and pizza parties! Options are available for Overnight or Day Only (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Friendship Tennis Academy

Friendship Tennis Academy (FTA) is operated at Camp Friendship in neighboring Fluvanna County by Alina Ackenbom, USPTA Pro and Director of Tennis at the camp. FTA is dedicated to providing tennis instruction to junior and adult players. The programs offered at the Academy include QuickStart Tennis, Junior Clinics and summer camp, adult clinics and Cardio Tennis, as well as private and group lessons.
